Glen has a background of over two decades in the theatre and entertainment industries. Before starting his own company, he worked for both Opera Australia and the Australian Ballet, developing their successful promotion and marketing campaigns. Glen is a foundation member of the Australian Chapter of the International Special Events Society, was President from 1995-1997 and is now on the International Relations Committee, Australasia.
